No Returns or Exchanges

  • All items are sold as-is, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Customers acknowledge that liquidation pallets may contain overstock, shelf pulls, or customer returns, which may have varying conditions.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) received are significantly different from the product description.

  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong pallet or missing major items).

  • The shipment was damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos).

How to Request a Refund
If you meet the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed explanation of the problem.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

  • If a refund is granted, we may require the return of incorrect items at our expense.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and report it to the carrier.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide a resolution.
